Operations Supervisor - Night Shift

Join our company as we work together to bring wholesome, affordable beef products to homes across the state and the region!

Job Type

Full-time. Reporting directly to plant manager.

Hours

Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am, and when plant operates 6 days, Friday.

Pay

Annual Anticipated Gross: $50,000 - $60,000

Requirements

Manage all pre production crewing around the plant.
Report time and attendance for crewing.
Ensure that the plant is ready for production in the morning.
Reduce wasted resources and labor.
Make sure production tools are distributed.
Report work orders to maintenance.
Manage Morning Janitorial and Laundry.
Oversight of hide processing room in the morning.
Oversight and Support for sanitation contractor.
Morning report back to day shift production management.
Must be able to lift, stand, and walk for entire shift.
English/Spanish bilingual an advantage.
Basic computer skills.
