Operations Supervisor - Afternoon Shift

Join our company as we work together to bring wholesome, affordable beef products to homes across the state and the region!

Job Type

Full-time. Report directly to plant manager.

Hours 

Monday – Friday  3:00pm – 11:00pm,  and when plant operates 6 days, Saturday 10:30am – 3:30pm.

Pay

Annual Anticipated Gross:  $50,000 - $60,000

Requirements

  • Manage all post production crewing around the plant.
  • Report time and attendance for crewing.
  • Ensure that the plant is ready for the sanitation contractor as soon as possible.
  • Reduce wasted resources and labor.
  • Make sure production tools and sanitized and maintained.
  • Report work orders to maintenance.
  • Oversight and Support for sanitation contractor.
  • Nightly report back to day shift production management.
  • Must be able to lift, stand, and walk for entire shift.
  • English/Spanish bilingual an advantage. 
  • Manage Night Janitorial and Laundry.
  • Manage pest control and prevention.
  • Basic computer skills.
